Anstrøg began with a simple frustration: the fragrances we wanted didn’t exist. The exclusive ones felt loud — built for marketing, not for skin. The accessible ones felt thin — built for shelves, not for people.
So we made our own.
From a small studio in Aarhus, we work with three notes at a time. No more, no fewer. Each composition is built around one feeling — quiet, certain, slightly addictive — and refined until it earns the bottle.

In Danish, anstrøg means a touch — a hint, a trace, the slightest suggestion of something. It is the way a person enters a room and you notice without knowing why. It is the perfect name for what we do: presence without performance.
